There are many reasons for visiting Croatia-the six sites declared World Heritage by UNESCO: The old town of Dubrovnik (undoubtedly one of the most beautiful cities in Europe), Diocletian's Palace in Split, the historical core of Trogir, the Cathedral of St James in Sibenik, National Park Plitvice Lakes, and Episcopal Basilica in the Historic Center Eufrasio Porec (Istria).
Nature is another reason to spend time in Croatia. The National Parks have varied fauna and flora in a full splendor, with a coastline that winds from the Istrian Peninsula to the southern Dalmatia, leaving beautiful coves, beaches and cliffs. The islands like Hvar or Korcula in Dalmatia or Rab and Losinj in the Kvarner Bay, host millions of tourists seeking its crystalline waters for peace and splendor.
